Leadership Coaching:
My corporate work is focused on senior executives, enabling them to develop within themselves and their teams a culture of transformational leadership; that means inspiring, empowering, enabling and supporting, which not only leads to higher levels of performance and satisfaction but is also related to well being. The latter is particularly significant in these times when mental well being is challenged by so many seen and often unseen influences.
I have a particular approach to this work which is not so much about coaching transformation leadership behaviours but rather about engaging leaders in an inner journey of enquiry and interior change work that brings out what we might call ' the best version' of the self. I work with narrative, archetypes, managing interior dialogue, intention and outcomes and managing interior states. These 6 key themes are critical with regard to our personal interior leadership and the foundation on which a fully integrated transformational leadership style can emerge.
Team develpoment:
This same approach helps teams to understand the key influences which unconsciously affect their group behaviour for better or for worse. We explore the programmes and the roles that each play which drive delivery outcomes, performance and motivation. Drawing out the 'best version of the team' is the goal of this inner work and the benefits are:
